This regulation is displayed at the entrance of the Village; entering the Village constitutes full acceptance of it.
Upon arrival, guests are required to submit their identification documents for registration.
Visitors are not allowed except with the authorization of the management: those admitted must submit their identification documents. Visitors are entitled to one hour of stay, after which they must pay the regular daily fee. Visitors are allowed from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM and must leave the campsite by 11:00 PM.
The management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse undesirable or excess guests.
Departures and arrivals are regulated according to the posted schedule. Guests are required to vacate the pitches by 12:00 PM on the departure day. Fixed structures such as Mobile Homes, Bungalows, and Maxi Caravans are available from 3:30 PM on the arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the departure day. Beyond these hours, guests will be required to pay the daily fee.
Payments are to be made in cash, debit cards, or credit cards. Checks are not accepted. Cancellation is FREE within 60 days from the arrival date. In case of cancellation within 60 days before the expected arrival date, no cost will be charged. If a reservation is canceled late or not presented, 100% of the deposit will be retained. However, if the reservation was made without a deposit request but with a credit card as a guarantee, 100% of the cost of the first night will be retained. In case of a reduction in the length of stay, the Miramare Camping Village reserves the right to retain all or part of the entire cost of the stay.
The balance for bungalows, mobile homes, and maxi caravans must be paid upon arrival.
Vehicles are only allowed for arrival and departure (for towing trailers or tents). During the stay, vehicles can be parked in the 24/7 open external parking. It is free for those staying in bungalows, mobile homes, and maxi caravans; it is available for a fee for those staying on pitches. If the customer wishes and has sufficient space, they can keep the vehicle in their pitch area without moving it until the departure.
Any second vehicle must be placed in the external parking, for a fee.
The pitch or structure location is always assigned by the Management, and campers must adhere to the instructions for parking cars and setting up tents or caravans that should never obstruct traffic.
Specific requests regarding accommodation can be made, but the final decision is always up to the Management, which will decide the number of structures/pitches to assign to each Guest based on internal needs.
From 12:00 AM to 7:30 AM, any noise that disturbs the rest of the campers is strictly prohibited, and the assembly or disassembly of tents is prohibited. Therefore, during these hours, using radios or similar devices, forming gatherings or noisy meetings, using the playground, and moving motor vehicles are not allowed.
Motorcycles and mopeds must be pushed.
Sound-producing devices must always be kept at a low volume, and they must be strictly turned off during the silent hours. Those causing disturbances will be asked to leave the village.
Managers must keep the areas in front of the establishment clean.
Each camper is responsible for the security of their belongings. The Management assumes no responsibility, under any circumstances, for any loss or theft of items not left in its custody.
Damaging plants and camping equipment is strictly prohibited, as is digging trenches around tents, pouring hot or waste liquids on the ground, and lighting fires outdoors.
The use of charcoal grills (in the barbecue area provided for guests) is allowed as long as the smoke does not disturb neighbors and does not damage the lawn and the ground below.
No responsibility is taken for damage caused by falling trees or branches.
The use of facilities, including the pool, playground, and others, is at your own risk.
Waste must be deposited in the appropriate containers outside the campsite.
Linens and dishes must be washed only in the designated sinks.
Washing cars or caravans is not allowed.
Access for dogs is allowed according to specific dog regulations.
Owners are responsible for any damage their animal may cause.
Playing soccer, bowling, and volleyball outside the designated areas is prohibited.

Correspondence must be personally collected by adults at the management office. After 7 days, uncollected correspondence will be returned to the sender.
Any infectious diseases must be immediately reported to the management or the campsite doctor.
The pitches are equipped with electrical outlets. The price includes a supply of 0.500 KW (2A). An additional fee will be charged for a larger supply.
Electric heaters of any model and power are strictly prohibited.
The Management must be informed of any change in the number of persons.
Please notify the day before departure for the bill.
For valid complaints, please contact the Management.
