Regulation

These rules are posted at the entrance to the Village. Entering the Village constitutes full acceptance of the rules.

  • Upon arrival guests are required to give ID to the receptionist for registration.
  • No visitors are allowed without the authorisation of the management: visitors granted entry must give their ID to the receptionist. Visitors may spend one hour, after which they must pay the normal daily rate. Visitors are allowed entry from 9:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. and must leave the camp site by 10:30 p.m.
  • The management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry of undesirable guests or in order to prevent overcrowding.
  • Departures and arrivals are regulated according to the hours posted. Guests are required to vacate camping lots by 12 noon on the day of departure. Fixed accommodation such as Mobil Homes, bungalows and maxi-caravans are available from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. After then guests must pay the daily rate.
  • Payment may be made in cash, debit card or credit card. Cheques are not accepted. Cancellation is FREE when made up to 60 days before the date of arrival. If you cancel a booking up to 60 days before your planned date of arrival you will not be charged. If you cancel a booking late or do not show up you will lose the whole amount of the deposit made. On the other hand, if you were not asked to make a deposit when you booked, but gave your credit card number as guarantee, you will be charged the full cost of one night. If you shorten the length of your stay, Miramare Camping Village reserves the right to keep all or a portion of the whole cost of the period booked.
  • The balance of bungalows, Mobil Homes and maxi-caravans is paid upon arrival.
  • Cars are allowed to enter only upon arrival and departure for towing your caravan or tent. While staying at Miramare you can park your car in the parking lot that is open round the clock. If you wish and you have enough space, you can keep your car in the assigned camping lot without moving it until your departure.
  • Any second vehicle must be placed in the external car park, which is subject to a charge.
  • The camping lot is always assigned by Management, whose instructions on parking cars, pitching tents and setting up caravans, which should never block circulation, must be followed by camping guests.
  • It's possible to make special request regarding the accommodation, but this choice is always up to the Management who, based on internal needs, will decide the structure / pitch number to be assigned to each Guest.
  • From midnight until 7:30 a.m. it is strictly forbidden to make noise that can disturb sleeping camping guests, or pitch or take down tents. During this time it is also forbidden to play radios or similar appliances, form noisy crowds or hold noisy meetings, use the playground or drive motor vehicles.
  • Motor-cycles and mopeds must be pushed.
  • The volume of appliances that emit sound should always be kept low, and must absolutely be turned off during the hours of silence. Whoever causes disturbances shall be sent away.
  • Shop-keepers must keep the area in front of their shops clean.
  • Every camping guest is responsible for keeping his or her belongings safe. The Management shall not be held responsible for loss or theft of property not left for safekeeping.
  • It is strictly forbidden to damage the vegetation or camp site equipment or dig holes around tents, pour boiling liquids or wastes on the ground or light outdoor fires.
  • It's permitted to use charcoal grill (in the barbecue available for guests) as long as the smoke does not bother neighbours or damage the lawn or ground underneath.
  • We are not liable for damage due to falling trees or branches.
  • Use of amenities, including the swimming-pool, playground and other facilities is at one’s own risk.
  • Rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bins outside the camp site.
  • Laundry and dishes should only be washed in the sinks provided.
  • You are not allowed to wash your car or caravan.
  • Dogs are allowed entry according to the rules established for dogs.
  • Owners shall be held responsible for any damage caused by their animals.
  • It's forbidden to play football, bowls or volleyball outside designated areas.
  • Minors are admitted only when accompanied by parents or adult relatives.
  • Children must always be accompanied when using various amenities and the toilets.
  • Parents are responsible for their children.
  • Children must be watched by their parents; the management shall not be held responsible for them.
  • Letters must be collected from the manager’s office by the addressee. After 7 days uncollected letters shall be returned to the sender.
  • The manager or medical doctor at the camp site must be informed immediately about any contagious diseases.
  • Camping lots have an electricity socket. The price of the lot includes the supply of 0.500 KW (2A). You will be charged or any excess current used
  • It is strictly forbidden to use any model or capacity of electric heaters.
  • The Management must be informed about the movements of guests.
  • Please inform the receptionist the day before your departure for preparation of the bill.
  • For any justified complaints go to the manager’s office.

Regulation for Animals

Your dogs are welcomed in our Village, but so as not to annoy other guests you are required to follow these rules:

Animals are only allowed in bungalows, camping lots and maxi-caravans in limited numbers, meaning at most 2 average size animals per unit. Contact the Management to ask for permission to bring more. No animals are allowed in the Mobil Homes.

  • You should say if you intend to bring along any animals when booking and let us know about them upon arrival.
  • The entry of animals requires the authorisation of the Management.
  • At the discretion of the Management breeds of dogs or animals considered dangerous or reported to be such by the authorities can be sent away from the Village.
  • Bring along the vaccination papers of animals.
  • Dogs must be kept on a short leash.
  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused to others or Village property by animals.
  • It is not allowed to take animals to the playground or the swimming-pool.
  • Animals are free to go to the beach but owners must know and follow Italian laws on this matter.
  • Animals may be left alone inside the accommodation for a maximum of two hours
  • It is the duty of owners to ensure that hygiene and sanitary standards are respected while holidaying with animals at the Village.
  • Animals should not disturb other guests of the Village and must be accompanied off the premises to relieve themselves. According to law you are forced to collect the excrements left by your animal.

Owners who violate these rules shall be asked to leave the camp site immediately and will have to pay a fine.

Swimming-pool Rules (Private for collective use)

Based on regional law No. 8 of 9 March 2006, there is no lifeguard watching the swimming-pool.
The rules are posted outside the swimming-pool.
Opening hours (except for changes reported at the entrance to the pool): from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

  • Users are required to take a shower before going into the water
  • It is not allowed to bring animals inside the pool area such as cats, dogs, etc.
  • It is forbidden to bring sand and dirt into the swimming-pool area
  • Children under the age of 14 are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other adults
  • The use of a swimming cap is recommended
  • It is forbidden to use shampoos of any kind in the pool and showers
Entering the Village requires acceptance and intention to observe these RULES, which can be supplemented at a later date by additional rules the Management sees fit to add for improving the efficiency of the Village. Village staff is authorised to ensure that the rules are followed and inform the Management when they are not. Anyone who does not follow them shall be sent away.
